|Nails Inc Motcomb Street.|
After everyone went crazy for Essie's After School Boy Blazer, I became a woman possessed until I could get my pasty little hands on it. Unfortunately for me, I put down the last bottle in Boots for five minutes and it was gone. oh the despair. Navy is such a flattering colour, particularly on pale skin so it was essential that I somehow found a navy nail varnish.
You can imagine my glee when one freezing November morn' I came across Nails Inc Motcomb Street while cleaning out my stash - and to think I nearly threw this out! This actually came free with a Glamour magazine at some point last year, but being a non-nail-loving person it was dust-gathering at the bottom of my makeup box. I am definitely more of a dark nail person than a bright/pale lover, just look how lovely that is. This Nails Inc number is super glossy and very pigmented, two coats and it was as opaque as the night's sky. I've misplaced (read: smashed accidentally in my bag) my Seche Vite Top Coat, and have discovered that the staying power on this aint all that great, but the colour more than makes up for that little hiccup.
Fellow navy lovers do not fret! I have found an inexpensive dupe in the form of Rimmel's Salon Pro in Rhythm and Blues, so you too can enjoy a navy nail without the stress of a LTD Edition Essie fiasco.
